White Haven Farm is the sole owner of the information collected on www.whitehavenfarm.com. In addition, our web hosting/design company, Amaranth Networks, collects information pertaining to users' browsers, operating systems, and browsing path through the web site for use in improving this web site experience.

When contacting White Haven Farm, we ask for basic contact information about the company or person contacting us for a service. We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which there is an expressed interest.
Information Use
The information gathered on www.whitehavenfarm.com. is very basic in nature. We understand if you prefer we not make your name available to others, and if you would prefer this, simply e-mail or mail your name and address specify that you do wish your information be kept private. Additionally, we view information about our visitors by viewing our log files, as described below.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking and site statistics utility called Urchin that uses log files to analyze user movement. Urchin does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services Urchin does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. Urchin only collects aggregate data. Urchin does not collect personal data, email addresses, credit card numbers, or other private information about individual users who access a Web site beyond those items discussed above.

Upon request, we send users additional information about White Haven Farm. Completing the mailing list form, Contact Us form, or placing an order implies permission to contact you by phone, mail, or e-mail.
